Welcome to the Fox Valley Celiacs home page. Our organization is composed of members living in the Fox Cities region in the state of Wisconsin. Our bi-monthly meetings are held at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, Wisconsin. We also sponsor a special gluten-free dinner in November of each year. This dinner is prepared by the Culinary Arts program at Fox Valley Technical College. In addition, we hold a pot-luck dinner in the Spring, and a picnic in the Summer. We are an active organization with a positive and active membership of over 200 people, including the Cel-Kid members.
